Through the membership Network members are able to:

• receive information on current issues on BME mental health, 
• act as a catalyst to influence change, 
• be informed of national activities on bme mental health, 
• invited to participate on consultations. 
• become a member of the steering group, 
• receive and contribute to a quarterly newsletter.
  

Previously, members have played important part in representing the Network such as giving oral evidence to the Parliamentary Committee on the Draft Mental Health Bill.
